Save the Date: Stanford GSB is turning 100!

Did you know the GSB is celebrating its centennial in 2025? Join us on 10.10.25 for a centennial celebration on the Stanford campus. It’s an event that only happens every 100 years, so we hope to see you!

Dear Business School Alumni,

Earlier this month, Stanford celebrated its 133rd University Commencement and the GSB its 99th Diploma Ceremony. Over 500 GSB students have joined our community of alumni! Now is a great time to remind GSB alumni of the several ways to reconnect with classmates, and meet our newest alumni. Our alumni communities are buzzing with exciting opportunities; find one that is right for you:

Regional Chapters and Groups: Join a regional chapter near you! Whether you're in Delhi, London, Mexico City, New York, São Paulo, Shanghai, or anywhere in between, our chapters host engaging events and gatherings that ignite that GSB spirit.
Industry and Professional Interest Groups: Do you have a passion for Sustainability, Venture Capital, People & Culture, Tech, or something else? Join an existing industry group or take the lead in building a new community today!
Identity and Special Interest Groups: Looking to connect with alumni who share your background and interests? Join groups like the La Comunidad de Stanford GSB, Women’s Circles, GSB Military Veterans, and more. This past year several new groups were established: the GSB Arab Alumni Chapter, GSB Jewish Alumni Chapter, GSB Muslim Alumni Chapter, Asset Allocators and Diverse Fund Managers Network, and Corporate Board Diversity Initiative.

Fellowship Program Celebrates 15 Years of Promoting Social Innovation

Four thousand teachers trained in West Africa. Over $5.4 million in flexible funding for disability services for neurodiverse adults. Ten thousand trees planted. These are just a few of the accomplishments achieved by the Stanford Impact Founder (SIF) Fellows.

Phil Knight Honored with Uncommon Citizen Award

Nike co-founder and chairman emeritus Phil Knight, MBA ’62, who has been a transformational benefactor for the university for more than six decades, received Stanford’s most prestigious alumni volunteer service award, the Degree of Uncommon Citizen.
